TX861 prowides an integrated DC motor drive solution for battery-powered toys, low-voltage or battery-powered motion control applications. The circuit integrates on-chip H-bridge drive circuit designed with N-channel and P-channel power MOSFETs and is TX861 has on-chip temperature protection suitable to drive a DC motor or a stepper motor winding.
